    3. Happy New Year! I am looking for the following names in Blair County: Incitti DeStefano Nardelli (Nardella) Machiarola (Altoona and Galitzin) I can't thank Annie enough for all that she does for the list. I just have to share something special with everyone. I had the best New Year's Day ever. After loking for a long time on the internet for a family connection, it finally happened! I made a connection with my Incitti family, which originated in Arnara, Italy. Well, one of my relatives from Arnara, Italy came to visit me on New Year's Day! It was just my luck that someone I had talked with a long time ago on a message board, remembered me and the family that I was searching for in Arnara. It just so happened that he too was related to the same family as I was, but through a different branch. He contacted me three weeks ago to tell me that he had found my relatives and that one of them (my 2nd cousin's daughter) was coming to America for a visit. He forwarded e-mail from me to Italy, and then I got my first e-mail message from my cousins in Italy. We wrote back and forth prior to her arrival in America. What an experience, I just can't put it into words how wonderful! it was. This delightful young woman brought a wealth of family pictures with her. We shared pictures and stories all day together. Her father, my 2nd cousin will not go on an airplane, so I believe now I will finally make a trip to Italy. I have so many relatives there that have been wondering about the Incitti's in America, while we were always thinking about them. It was a wonderful way to start the New Year! So don't stop searching!! You never know when you will make a connection, it will be when you least expect it. Johanna Walker-Koenig
