Hello everyone, I wanted to let everyone know that Familysearch recently added a very large collection of PA probate record images to their new website. The collection includes wills, orphans' court records, estate files, and several other types of records. It is organized by county, and each county has a different types of records and dates of coverage. The collection is not searchable, so to access the records you have to browse through page by page. If you have a reference from an index the records are fairly easy to find, even though you have to browse. Over the last couple of days I have explored the orphans' court records and found invaluable information about several of my ancestors that is not available anywhere else - and I hope that all of you will have similar success!
