I found several of people of interest. One is Joshua Barlet who resides at 437 Black Reading Pennsylvania It is annotated Alley. Could someone help me find the location of 437 Black Street? For all I know it may be an Alley and not a true street. I suspect that it is located in the Rickstown area of Reading.
