I have an Reading Eagle obituary that says Joseph Barlet died in Rickstown on November 21, 1869, and the 1870 mortality schedule say he died in the 6th ward in Nov 1869. His widow is living his widow living in the 6th Ward in the 1870 census. Am I correct in thinking that Black Alley is not in the area called in Rickstown or 6th Ward in 1869? Thank you.
