Vol 45 Page 646 [I can no longer read Patent Book letter/number] William Tomlinson 31 Nov 1736 Sold for $20.30 to Samuel Hollenback 26 Mar 1846 Maiden Creek Twp., County of Berks Stone Lands of Reuben Adams, S. 50 acres? and 1/2 degrees, W. 40 1/2 perches thence up Schuylkill River N 4 degrees West 95 perches thence by the said larger tract South eighty-five 1/4 degrees East 16 perches to a stone, South 9 1/2 degrees, East 30 perches to a stone, South 25 1/4 degrees, East 47 perches to place of beginning contains 13 acres, 40 perches & allowance.
