The entry you are looking for has this: Peter KEHLEY, son of Peter, born 11/19/1791, bp 4/8/1792, spons: Peter Katzmeyer and Rosina Wagner. I also have 'Berks Co Marriages Vol 1' 1730-1800, pub. 1986 by HP Publishing, and his marriage by Rev. Wilhelm Boos, (who pastored at Schwartzwald mostly) is shown on page 63.
