Shoemaker Pioneers, p. 178 puts Barbara's birth date as 25 November 1728. Her death was 8 October 1790. This was per the Adolph Gruber tombstones. I still have not found out anything regarding her husband The following obituary of his wife tells all that is known about Jacob Shoemaker of Oley:- "Maria Schumacherin, born 25 July 1703, in Wurtemburg, Germany. Married 1728, Jacob Shoemaker, a weaver. She died, 1766, age 62. Three children living:- Conrad Shoemaker, Barbara Schlichterin, and Catherine Kallbensen. Maria came to America with her husband in 1749. He died at Oley in 1753." I am a descendant of Conrad Shoemaker and his wife Susannah who went to Guilford County, North Carolina.
