    3. Hi Barbara, I don't have a direct answer to your question, but I can point you to a possible resource. Try going to Google Books and search for the churches you are looking for. Google is scanning full text of many out of copyright books. I have found some quite astonishing information there, and it is free! For examples, there are proceedings of Schuylkill and Lehigh historical societies and other materials with church histories. Good luck!
