Hi List: It has just been so hot. Yesterday my husband and I got up early and went to the local Strawberry Patch! It was wonderful. The berrys were ripe and ready to be picked. We each picked 4 quarts and it took us less than a half hour. Later on we went to lunch at a local resturant on Culvers Lake in Northern New Jersey. The have dining outside on a nice patio right on the lake to celebrate Fathers Day. I have a question for anyone who may have any information on how to freeze strawberrys. I have never done it and because I have so many and the cost of food is so expensive I thought maybe I could freeze them for a colder more expensive time.
