Since I live in Ohio, I got a library card from Columbus Metro Library. You can get it from home. Think they are one of the few that are still able to get it. I looked at the HQ books and the three they have are the 1935 preliminary, which I compared and it doesn't have as much and some not accurate. The other is the 1950 something, which I haven't checked but may be the so-called English version. The other is an index. Mine is the second edition of Volume two, 1972, with the sub title that is the German line. As I said , the lines were not absolutely divided English/German. I will check the 1950 one.
