    3. Mr Fosnocht, I am trying to help a friend of mine with his genealogy. He was adopted right after his birth and has only recently received his original birth certificate from the state of Ohio. His father's name was Walter Marion Fosnight and his mother's maiden name was Racheal June Barry. He was born on March 25th, 1943 in Bedford, OH and he was named after his father. According to his birth certificate, he has some older siblings that he has never met.
