    3. lehigh co. braun (brown), peter, 1726-1800, born at creunznach, in the palatinate, came to america in 1743. he married barbara meyer, she died 1771. he married 2nd to b.f. gottlich, a son nathaniel became a missionary in jamaica, w.i. braun, gottlieb, 1760-1825, born at nazareth, a cloth weaver, married rebecca otto braun, rebecca nee otto, 1763-1828, born at bethlehem, the w/o gottlieb braun braun, bibiana frederica nee pletscher, 1727-1807, from ebersorf, germany. she married 1st to missionary goettlich, who died 1771, on st. croix, w.i. in 1772 she became the w/o peter braun braun, barbara, 1739-1808, born in the palatinate. she came to n.y. at age 12, and in 1775 moved to bethlehem. braun, anna catharina fredericka nee unger,, 1772-1820, d/o rev. fred. unger in phila, in 1801 she married rev. nathanael braun at hebron, pa. daus. charlotte and caroline brown, magdalena dorothy, 1794-1870, nee miller. she married mathew miller,, who died in 1853 brown, anna caroline, 1805-74, d/o rev. nath. brown brown, matthew, 1794-1853, married magdalena d. miller brown, william louis, 1818-65, s/o matthew brown. married phebe a. bleck. wiesninger, barbara, nee knecht, 1735-1804, from the palatinate, she accompained her uncle to st. kitts, w.i., where she married her 2nd husband, brown, an englishman.. her husband died at hebron. in 1772 she married her 3rd husband, abraham wiesinger who died 1776 marriages braun 1745, may 11/22, elizabeth to leonhard schnell 1791, oct 25, gottlieb to rebecca otto 1772, june 8, maria barbara (knecht) to johann jacob wiesinger 1755, aug 25, peter to maria barbara meyer lancaster co 1797, 5 /1797 chitty, elisabeth to nathaniel braun Best Wishes, Geri

    3. Just a note, the first person listed, BRAUN (BROWN) Peter, born creunznach could be Kreuznach, a place I'm familiar with and sometimes is listed as creunznach, apparently what the person writing thought the person said. Bob T.
