Keith.... The names you have on your list are from the Berks County Historical Society. They have put an index of names in the church books, and pastors' collections on their website. The dates are the period covered in each book. Some church books are more than one volume, and will show the vol number in that column, and the page number it is on. The books are catalogued and thus the number K41 or CR-C236 refer to the cat. number of the church books on the shelf at the Hist Soc., for ease of finding if you are researching in their library. For example: Susanna Barlett appears on page 311 in vol 1 of St John's church book, K41, which covers 1730-1916. Here is the link for the Berks Co HS library and query for names in the church books they have: http://www.berkshistory.org/library/churches.html If you click on the name, a form will appear on the screen, to complete your name and address to request a copy of the page for their fee of $5. There is a phone number and email address below the form, which you can try, to get the exact name of the book, and see if it can be found in Fort Wayne library.
