Petition of Andrew & Elizabeth Rankin against Catherine, exec. of Daniel, who was executer of Jacob Peiffer of Lebanon. Jacob Peiffer was grandfather of Eliz. Rankin & Eliz. Rankin was d/o David Peiffer. Catherine Faust said Andrew Rankin got his wife's share of the estate on 10 Aug 1835. Catherine Peiffer m. Daniel Faust on 1 May 1810 at Tabor Lutheran. Also found Orphans Court record, Book C, page 339, Nov 1828. Petition of Abraham Peiffer, brother & heir of Henry, late of Lebanon Boro who d. 10 Nov 1825, leaving widow Mary & no children. Brothers & Sisters: Abraham, Esther wife of Henry Fetzberg, Catherine wife of Daniel Foust, & Jacob. Nieces & nephews: George s/o John dec'd, Jacob & Rebecca c/o Philip, dec'd, Catherine & Eliza, minor ch of David dec'd, Elizabeth (was Elizabeth Stoey or Stoy) m. to Geo. Remmer, now dec'd, Catherine wife of Abraham Knipe?, Rebecca Stoey, Philip Stoey, Sarah wife of Henry Miller, & Polly Stoey, minor, children of Mary Stoey now dec'd. No info on the Faust side.
