    1. Re: [PABERKS] Social Security info
    2. Well he was married and had two grown children, one is in Graterfont, the other one is living in Bethlehem but has not returned my emails. We have never met so he may be a bit suspicious as to why I am suddendly popping up. His mother lives with him. His father was an ex-con which is why I never met his family. I had only met my uncle once and spoke to him on the phone almost 8 years ago when my mother passed away. I think he worked "under the table". Not confused about the SS card just commenting on the information they didn't have which I thought they would. In a message dated 4/3/2008 7:37:11 P.M. However, the place checks are being sent isn't always the location of death. However, I think you are confused about the information included on the SS-5 application form. That form is the form people complete when applying for an SS card--which would NOT have any information about where they lived when they died. It would, however, have information about their parents' names and other information--date of birth, etc. Joan ----------------------------- I recently called SS concerning the location of my uncle who died last year. I found his number on the index with the date of death but no last know residence. Strangely enough they had no last know residence on him not even a state. I'm glad I didn't waste the money sending for a copy of his form. I still have not been able to locate his place of death. Melissa **************Planning your summer road trip?
