Im guessing it was either Chester r Lancaster he was married in. I have no clue what denomination he was affiliated with, but he was raised most likely Episcopal, but then either remained that, or converted to either Lutheranism or Catholicism. My guess is he was Lutheran or Episcopalian. With ne info, I can probably find it better in one of three counties. Lutherans kpt alot of records, the Episcopalians almost a much and the Catholics not nearly. But I hope I can find something, then I can verify what Mary's last name really was. Could be Norton instead of Horton, which would account for David N's middle name in the 1860 census. Alot to think about. Just hope I'm lucky in finding the marriage record.
