The only records would be from a church record or a cemetery stone. The Berks Co H/S has a data base of names in their churchbooks which you can check to see if there is a record of his birth. Also, the 1850 Census, when he was about 13 should show his parents - although I went thru the 1850 for a Benjamin and did not find one with surname KEENAN or variable spelling born c1837.
