The closest in spelling is a John BUCHTEL born c1736 Wurtemburg, Germany and had a daughter Elizabeth b 9/4/1762 in PA m. a MOYER and a dau Agnes b 12/1/1766 in PA. This was in a section entitled 'Susquehanna Valley (middle Section)". No further info.....
