Her death certificate lists Margaret Wanner as mother and (unknown first name) Weidner as the father. The birth was illegitimate. In the 1870 census, Margaret Wanner is listed as a domestic servant in the household of Henry and Sarah Sailer in Oley. If anyone has information that might lead to the discovery of Mr. Weidner's first name, I would appreciate the help. One recent suggestion is Elias Weidner who in the 1880 census was listed as the husband of Amandah but was single in the 1870 census and living with his parents.
