Marlene, I live in PA and I got an "out-of-town" membership to a library in Rutland, Vermont which allowed remote access to Heritage as long as you paid your annual dues to the library. Don't know if they still have Heritage on-line, but there were other libraries who offered the same. The annual dues was something like $30 and was well worth the investment for the information Heritage has.
