I also found this account in the Reading Eagle ... (Reading Eagle, Reading, PA, March 18, 1899, Pg 1). "Account of Peter D. Oswald, trustee for the sale of real estate in the estate of Peter Oswald, Rockland, who died married and testate, Jan. 10, 1868, leaving to survive a widow, mary, and 9 children. The amount for distribution is $366.69, equally divided between Thos. J., Jacob, Jonathan, Henry J., Charles O., Peter S., Alfred Oswald, Catharine Smith and Sarah Smith, each getting $40.47. // Account of Peter S. Oswald, administrator of Mary Oswald, Rockland, who died Dec. 10, 1897. The claims amount to $442.72, and the estate to $147.58." I have relatives that are descendants of Peter S Oswald.
