I have looked through the "Collected Church Records of Berks County Pennsylvania" which covers records between 1737 and 1878 for Altalaha, St. Paul's, St. Michael's, Moselem, St. John's, and Zion churches. There are a lot of Adam and several Adams records, but none with the names you list. There was an Isaac with a wife, Barbara. I also went through the 1790 census with the same results.
