Hello all, I am trying to acquire a copy of an obituary from the area of September 7,1945 for a Francis TRIEVEL who lived in the Reading area. Now for the problem. I was at the Historical Society of Berks County on Saturday and they don't have the Reading Eagle or any other local paper that would cover this area on time. There is a lapse in the Micro film for the time span. Also checked the Reading Eagle on Google and they have the same problem. Is there a newspaper that would cover the area that may have it or is there any place that may have the Reading Eagle without the lapse in time? Thanks. Jeff
You may want to try the Reading Public Library. They have the microfilms of the Reading Eagle. I cannot tell you if their collection also has this gap.
