Held on the grounds of Morlatton Village in Douglassville, PA, the Fair is a celebration of food, fun, and colonial times and features antiques dealer, craft vendors, re-enactors, colonial dancers, and MORE. The Mouns Jones Country Fair serves as one of the primary fundraisers for the HPTBC. We are excited to announce that the Mouns Jones Old Morlatton Country Fair will be held Saturday, September 25th from 10 am to 4 pm and Sunday, September 26th from 11 am to 4 pm. The event will be held on the grounds of Old Morlatton Village in Douglassville, PA. There will be several new booths and events this year: On Saturday, luncheon will be served at the White Horse Inn (link to White Horse). The food will have been cooked in the open hearth at the Mouns Jones House (link to Mouns Jones House) Dr. Helen May will play the harpsichord. The Amity Colonial Dancers will perform at 1:00 and 3:00. Antiques dealers will set up in the George Douglass House. There are still spaces available to reserve. Crafter vendors will set up in the field adjacent to the Mouns Jones House. Other events include: Children's games, Juice bar, Baked goods, FOOD, Wine tasting, White Elephant, Flowers for Sale Village and Historic Building Tours, Psychic George Withers, Clothes line art show. On Sunday, in conjunction with the Mouns Jones Country Fair, the Trust will host History's Saving Race, the 1st Annual Mouns Jones 5K Run & Fun Walk.
