I personally think the microfilm collections are the same no matter where you go. Try the Reading Eagle. Although they can look at the actually bound volumes, they may decline to do so and refer you to microfilmed sources or place that have microfilmed copies. But you also might want to find out why there is a laps in the time span. There is a lapse in the Micro film for the time span. Also checked the Reading Eagle on Google and they have the same problem.
