Hepburn in DB 767 p. 202. It being the same as Wm. J. Moyer and Annie sell, granted to Mary Morton by their deed of May 22, 1924 DB 591 p. 428 No. 3 containing 16 acres 68.48 perches, being same as George Wenrich, Executor of Reuben Wenrich granted to Mary Morton on May 2, 1927, DB 652 p. 534. Whereas Mary Morton died April 12[six], 1932 and her last will, recorded in will book 46 p. 277, empowered Chas. Hepburn, executor to sell the property known as "Bynden Wood", it being the real estate herein described, and approved by the Orphan's Cour of Berks County, on Sept. 13, 1940 in Real Estate Book 59 page 804. Hepburn, executor of Mary Morton, single woman, who died April 20, 1932, to David Dunn of Wernersville Consideration: $150.00, situate in South Heidelberg Twp./formerly Lower Hiedelberg Containing: 3 acres 18 perches, also right of way passage Being premises described as Parcel No. 2 as conveyed to Mary Morton by George C.
