I'm running in to a dead end on here researching my great, great grandfather. All records and older living relative testimonials point to Irvin's parents dying very early in his life. Actually sometime before 1870 (he was born in May 1864 from what I can figure). But no census records of him ever living with other Kellers until he started his own family. I'm planning to head to the Historical Society library this weekend to dig into church records I've seen on their site in hopes of a baptism or birth record with parents listed (I know he attended and was buried at Schwarzwald), but if anyone has any of the miscellaneous books of local church records in hand, or has come across him in their research...I'm open to any input. This has been driving me crazy to have tracked him to age 7 and then hit a dead end.
