You cannot access it at home like you can Heritage - but if Heritage does not have it then maybe your local library might. I do have the U S Deluxe which I renewed this weekend. There is not enough information yet in the Eastern European countries for me to spend on the World Deluxe. And I love researching the Reading Library -- just am so sorry that I cannot go there more. I know they did research for those who don't live in PA as they found some stuff for me, but I don't know if they still are able to do that.
