Thanks for responses. I had copied the birth date incorrectly; it is 1819 (Aug 3). So it looks like what you are telling me may be the right family. Sara Straub Tallahassee FL

Recently I mailed away for the marriage licenses application of my gg grandmother Nora E. Rutz hoping to learn her parents name. Not only did I learn that her parents were Henry J. Rutz and Susan, but I learned that my gg grandfather(Peter Kramer)'s parents were George Kramer and Christiana. Also learned the address of each of them previous to their marriage in 1891 (Reading, PA). I had previously thought that my Peter Kramer was the son of Samuel Kramer so now I could use help finding information on George and Christiana. I have found them in one census, I think it was the 1880. There were only two children that lived to adulthood Peter and his brother Frank. According to the census George was born in PA, but both parents were born in Germany. I have not been able to find anything more on George. Christiana according to the same census was born PA and both her parents were also born in PA. Don't have any idea what her maiden name was, does anyone out there have a suggestion as how I can research these two. In research Nora Rutz's I found Henry J. Rutz and his wife Susan family, but no Nora, but it appears that her name was actuall Ellen E Rutz and somewhere along the way it was changed to Nora. Any suggestions will be appreciated. The history of the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Phila., and it's relationship with Mt. Peace, Pine Grove and Lawnview Cemeteries can be found here: http://www.cemeteryco.com/history.htm There is contact info for Lawnview on that page. My one set of gr-grandparents and some of their relatives were buried at Odd Fellows and at Mt. Peace. When the Odd Fellows burials needed to be relocated, in my family they were moved to Mt. Peace to be reinterred near where other family members were already buried. Most Odd Fellow burials were removed to either Mt. Peace or Lawnview. I was able to obtain copies of the cards with the burial info for my gr-grandparents at Mt. Peace by writing a (snail mail) request to Lawnview at the address on the website. I hope this is of some help. Regards, Karen from Berks
