The Jacob that I think I have in my line was a teacher. Sure wish I could find an article from a newspaper with his name and mention of a Josiah. It seems like one of the brothers of Michael, John and Jacob left. Some people say they have a Jacob also but I'm stuck. I know Josiah or Granville may have been in Bucks Co., Pa. So far, I've found my Adam/s family in records at Schwartzwald in Exeter, Trinity Lutheran in Reading, St. John's (Hain's) in Heidelberg & First Reformed in Reading. I imagine there are other churches in which my Adam line are recorded. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. I have looked through the "Collected Church Records of Berks County Pennsylvania" which covers records between 1737 and 1878 for Altalaha, St. Paul's, St. Michael's, Moselem, St. John's, and Zion churches. There are a lot of Adam and several Adams records, but none with the names you list. There was an Isaac with a wife, Barbara. I also went through the 1790 census with the same results. 3. Guy, glad to know the history of Bower's/Christ Delong cemetery. Thank you for that info. If there are duplicate cemeteries and burials at FindaGrave.com, you can write to the Administrators of FindaGrave to combine the cemeteries. By giving the administrators the history of the cemeteries, they can post that information under the correct name/latest known name. I did that for 3 duplicate cemeteries listed here in Alabama, and they corrected them. I have seen also on FindaGrave that there are two - e.g. Birdsboro Cemetery and St Michael's, but the same records are under each cemetery name. An alias is used so that anyone can find it under either name. For duplicate individual records on FAG, I have contacted the person who created the second record, and asked them to delete their record and contact the person who created the first record to coordinate releationship links for children and spouses etc, and enter other info. I really like FindaGrave, but it is only as good as the info. that is added by all of us. The feature that lets you request a tombstone photo is great, especially when you live far away from where the person is buried. Short answer NO. Findagrave has many duel cemetery listings. Too many cemetery's with multiple names. From the Treasurer of "Union Cemetery of Bowers, Inc." "There is only one cemetery at that location. It is now known as the Bowers Union Cemetery, Inc. Years ago the cemetery was known as Chrtist (DeLong's) Cemetery when it was the cemetery for the Reformed Church. When the Reformed Church in Bowers & the Lutheran Church in Bowers formed a Union Church the cemetery became known as the Union Cemetery of Bowers. After the Union Church was destroyed by fire in 1900, the denominations each decided to built their own church. The Board of Directors of the cemetery consists of six members, three each appointed by each church. Lots are basically sold only to members of each church of relatives of those buried in the cemetery. Awhile back the Board of Directors created a *Union Cemetery of Bowers, Inc* for tax reasons."
