Robert McLain served in the Rev War (Company 7, First Battalion of Cumberland Co.) Lived in Westmoreland Co., may have farmed on Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh. Daughter Jane b. 1775 married Daniel Shehy/Sheehy the first settler of Youngstown, Ohio. Jane probably had at least 2 sisters and a brother.
