Looking to connect with anyone having connections to this family, which comes from the 1800 will of John Taylor, in Allegheny Co, PA. The real estate described in that will was in So Beaver Twp, Beaver Co, PA. John TAYLOR and Jean/Jane (Maiden Unknown) b approx 1740-50, John died 1800, Jean/Jane died before 1820. Thomas TAYLOR b 1773 / Agnes Nancy McCLELLAND John TAYLOR, m Elizabeth Elizabeth TAYLOR / William LATTA John Taylor LATTA Jennet TAYLOR / Patrick McCAY Mary TAYLOR / xxxxx ROBISON I am a descendant of Thomas Taylor, who migrated from Beaver Co, PA to Richland Co, OH in about 1826. Patrick and Jennet (Taylor) McCay last seen in 1800 census in Beaver Co, PA. There is a deed filed in Westmoreland County re Beaver County property in 1825 that shows Jennet/Jane married a second time and had at least one child by a man named Little. There were Latta's all over Westmoreland Co, but we have not been able to definitively place the above son-in-law William Latta in any of those families. We have located the McClelland heritage for Nancy Agnes and have quite a bit on them. Tied in with several intermarriages with Willsons and McConnells in that line. Long time Westmoreland Co families. Son John Taylor, above, sold the land he inherited from his father in 1812. The deed showed him then living in: Pymatuning Twp, Mercer Co PA.
