Hello everyone, I am starting to research my wife's ancestors and, in the case of her dad, I am at a loss as to where to start. Her Dad's name was Karl Frye. He was born in Beaver, Pa - 12 May 1892. I have sent away for his SS-5 but have not received it yet. That is all the info we have to date. I would like to obtain a copy of his Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, etc, plus some way of looking at the Census Records for the years surrounding his birth. We know he passed away in Florida - Sep 1958. Any help, guidance, suggestions would be most appreciated. I am presently working in Hawaii and do not have access to any official records.
