Hi all, I am searching for info pertaining to the WHISLER family of Beaver County. Leander was born 1833 in PA and married Mary McDonald. The family was a family of boat builders. John H. and Agnes W. Jackson Whisler were Leanders parents. Many Whisler's would have died and been buried in Beaver County somewhere and Leander and his wife showed up in Sioux City, IA in 1900 census. Can't find him there either tho.
