I am requesting info on Emeline Long, who was living with the George and Mary Minis family in Beaver Co, Pa, in 1850. She was 25 yrs old and single at the time. My gg-grandfather Robert Thomas Eaton married an Emeline Long from Pa in 1854, who was 29, in Lawrence Co., OH. There is no record of an Emeline Long in Lawrence Co., OH, before this time, and I suspect the two Emeline's are one and same. Robert Thomas Eaton's family originated from Beaver Co., and we know family members traveled up and down the river to visit. Can anyone help with Emeline? Is she related to the Minis family? or perhaps Mary Minis is a sister or relative? Was Emeline married before? I'm happy to share descendent info. Thank you.
