    3. Hi, Would like to take you up on the lookup offer. I am interested in the surname Aley in the 1800, 1810 and 1820 censuses in Beaver County. A John Aley in the 1830 census (Big Beaver TWP) is one of my g-grandparents. A Michael is also listed that might be his father. John and family moved to Mercer County in 1833. I am also interested in the Indians of the time. There is a possibility that John's second born son, who was named Menawey (sp?), probably after his mother's father, might have gone to live with the Indians. He appeared by name in the 1850 census for Mercer County and was 16 at the time. Perhaps the 1888 book makes mention of the Indians of Beaver County. My people were all farmers so I doubt they made the distinguished list, but a quick peek might be in order. Thanks much. Iral Nelson Richland, WA icnelson@3-cities.com
