I am trying to locate any information on William Josiah LEONARD born 1859 in New Castle, Pa. I cannot find him on any census. He finally shows us in the Quaker Marriage Book of Morgan Co, Ohio in 1884 married to Rachel HOLLETT. I would love to find out who his parents were so that I could begin research on them.
