Can't help you with where Wales, Ohio Valley, PA is located, but I do have your Mary Jane Potts as the daughter of James Pott and Charity Jane Beagel along with 12 other children. She was also married to a James R. Thompson. Her sister Matilda (Milly) Peterson Potts married the Isaac Green, brother of Alfred Holland Green who is my Husband's line.
