Elizabeth: I am not so sure you are on the right track here. Clarion County is not Beaver County. There are many Beaver Townships in many counties. One thing that will give you some guidance is to bring up web page www.pagenweb.org and click on Clarion County. I did look in a couple of Beaver County books I have and found a Mary M. Barber (Penns Valley, Center County, PA) married a Dr. R. C. Weir (Phillipsburg - which is now known as Monaca, PA) on 16 Jul 1851 by Rev. Wm Hamil. Hope this helps.
