Hookstown is still a very small farming community, in Western PA. They have a Hookstown Fair every Summer in July, I think it is! There's a major write-up in the local paper every year (The Evening Review). I went when I was a kid a couple times. Its a good place to observe what the other half does during the year see how farmers are continuing to prosper in small ways, by raising livestock carrying on the family tradition of raising livestock being proud of their farming heritage!
