I was wondering where I might find some teaching certificates for my relation, Elizabeth Coleman. Would the school system, have a copy or the state? She got it in Western PA?, Beaver county, PA, but taught in Eastern OH, East Liverpool? Anything on this subject, please post. I'm sure that I'm not the only person having any relations having them!
