    2. Believe it or not there is a Depreciation Lands Museum. You can contact them at DepreciationLandsMuseum@hotmail.com Warrants were issued by the state of Pennsylvania, then a survey was made and then a patent(deed from the Commonwealth) was issued. What you will find at the courthouse is the recording of the patent and of course any subsequent deeds when the property was sold if they were recorded. It was not required to record your deed in Pennsylvania until the 20th century though many people did have them recorded. Patent maps are available at the Research Center for Beaver County, the Beaver County Courthouse and of course Harrisburg.
