    3. Hi, Thanks for answering. The Vinton County connection explains where Joseph and Catherine were prior to living in the Rutland area in Meigs. I would appreciate any info on either family. Catherine and Joseph are buried in VanZant Cemetery in Cheshire Township, Gallia County. I'm fairly familiar with the area as I went to high school at Middleport and my mother was reared in Middleport in the early 1900s. We now live in Brown County, Ohio.
