    3. Thanks for these directions for these cemeteries. I know where the Mill Creek Hill Cemetery is, in Georgetown, but the other eludes me. I had a friend take me once, & so don't remember, because I am an out of towner now, so got to work harder, when I'm in the area, getting to know the area, every few years again. I put this in my folder for my summer trip up this coming year. Thanks again, Cathy Raber, central FL Cathy Raber pigeonrock@earthlink.net Searching for these surnames in Baltimore, Prince Georges Co. MD, Washington Co, & Columbiana Co. Zoom in to the fourth step from the top (+) end of the bar. At this setting, depending on how large you have your browser window, Mill Creek Hill Cemetery should be at or near the bottom left corner of the window. It is identified by name on the map. > > The intersection of US Route 30 and PA Route 168 is known as Laughlin's Corner. Going south from there - Old Mill Creek Cemetery is located on Old Mill Creek Road, the first road on the left. The road is named but the cemetery is not. The cemetery is located on the left side of the road, a short distance from Route 168. The Greene Twp./Hanover Twp. line crosses immediately below the Mill Creek Hill Cemetery. > > By increasing the magnification and moving the center of the visible map area you can get to the point where you have the Mill Creek Hill Cemetery near the center of the map. Then click on Satellite and increase the magnification. At this point the tombstones are visible as dots on the ground. > > Locating old Mill Creek Cemetery is a little more difficult. Switch back to Map and go back north along Route 168 until you have Old Mill Creek Road in the center of the window and Route 168 on the left. Switch to Satellite, and max zoom. The tombstones should be visible in the upper right corner of the window. > > Unfortunately you can't read the tombstones, but now you know how to get there. > > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to PABEAVER-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
