    3. My Edwards ancestors were in Darlington Twp. from 1860-1880, perhaps longer. I never saw it identified by West Darlington in those years. Was this West Darlington a later distinction? If so, do you know when it was changed? Thanks for the newspapers & obits. Carol in AZ ----- Original Message ----- From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Sent: Saturday, February 15, 2003 3:51 PM Subject: [PABeav'r] boundary changes? Carol & other list members. I don't know of any border changes, think they've remained the same. However, be sure to check out Lawrence County, I think Little Beaver was right next to both Beaver & Lawrence Counties. Also, some of my relatives were in West Darlington Twp., about 3 miles from Ohio border, so they shopped & went to church in East Palestine, Columbiana County, O., as it was closest to them. A lot of them were buried in Ohio, also. Also, obits & marriages - a lot of the locals advertised in the East Palestine newspapers, which are available online. http://www.rootsweb.com/~ohcolumb/epnews/epcvpg10.htm Just in case it helps ------- Jean in CA ==== PABEAVER Mailing List ==== ----------> ALL CAPS or UPPER CASE Letters Permissible Use <---------- When typing a surname?
