My Bruce ancestors lived in Slippery Rock area of Mercer, which then became Lawrence. In his will John Bruce left his land in Red Bank to his son Alexander and Jacob his youngest was to live with Alexander. I found Jacob living in Beaver Co Hopewell in 1850 and in Moon Twp in 1860. Does anyone know if any part of this area was called Red Bank? I never could find Alexander and he was not mentioned in his brother's will of 1826. So may be he died? Dorothea Wallace Silbert
