FYI There are LOTS of Dilworths in East Palestine, OH. There is also a Fowler family located there, Danny and Frank are two of the names that I remember. Also, Quay, is a BIG name in Negley, OH. I believe one of the men was a president of a bank (perhaps, First National Bank) in East Palestine, OH. He had a large farm located on St. Rt. 170. East Palestine and Negley, OH are located just across the PA line. If I remember correctly, East Palestine was once called Mechanicsburg.
