    3. Christi, Do you have a LDS Library near-by do you have time to look up a death records for that time span? I've gotten some death records by accident recently, when I was looking for a Cain relative in the Orphan's records of Beaver county! About the same timeframe you were wanting. (Of course, I can't guarentee, but I had gotten Beaver county Orphan courts 1864-1895" some dates are after that in the death records until the early 1900's.) If so, go there look at the Index book for PA, then Beaver county for death records see if the timeframe coincides. Good luck. I got some birthrecords for the early 1900's there, plan on ordering more perhaps April when the "snowbirds", which are the Northers are called when they leave our fair state of FL! He is a terrible brick wall...can't seem to find anything on him. He married Mary Aiken (1835-1885) and had the following children: Susan B. (b. 1858), Margaret, James Alexander (1864-1924), and Mary Eleanor "Emma" (b. 1866). All the children were born in PA. James A. was born in Camp Run, Beaver Co., so I assume that the family lived there at least a little while; Mary Aiken was born in Lawrence Co. and returned there when widowed. Abijah died between 1865-1867, almost certainly 1866. Does anyone know how I can go about trying to find this ancestor? None of the censuses I've asked people to look him up in have found him. I would say he perhaps had another name, but there's been 2 other people I've come in contact with regarding information on the Aiken family and they verify that Mary married "Abijah."
