Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.pennsylvania.counties.beaver/1892.2/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I did want to add that as unusual as it seems that David Smith was in the two different counties in two census records, if you look up Eva Dungan, in 1860 she is in Beaver, Beaver COunty, PA, and in 1870 she is in Unity ,Columbiana, Ohio! Then of course she ended back in BEaver where she married only four years later.

With 2 counties which are adjacent to each other (Beaver and Columbiana) it is not unusual. The Turners and other relatives are found on both sides of the PA/Ohio line.
