Hello listers, >From time to time the Beaver County Genealogical Society needs typists to transcribe records. All that is needed is a working knowledge of Word or Microsoft Works and the ability to work with columns and the time to complete the work. We have just acquired an index to divorces, lunatics, drunkards and equities - 1805-1927. The best part is no old handwriting to decipher! If you are interested or have further questions, please contact me off list at: argkern@comast.net and please put VOLUNTEER in the subject line (even if you just have questions) The Society does not, at this time, plan to publish this index as a book, the index would just become a part of our records group.
